Dr. McNiff served as a school superintendent for 30 years prior to accepting the role as Executive Director of Engineering Tomorrow; his most recent position being the school superintendent for the Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of New York. During his tenure as an educator and school administrator, he also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Notre Dame, a board member for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Education Committee, and has been a keynote speaker both nationally and internationally.

Megan has over fifteen years combined experience in the fields of education and nonprofit management. Prior to joining Engineering Tomorrow in 2016, Megan was Chief of Staff to the Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of New York, the 3rd largest Catholic school system in the country. In addition to administration and management roles, Megan also has experience teaching in Catholic and public inner-city schools in New York City and Newark, NJ. She holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts in Education from Seton Hall University through the EPICS Program, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to accepting the position of Midwest Regional Director at Engineering Tomorrow, Dr. Peck had over 30 years experience in public education as a teacher and school administrator. For 25 years prior to his retirement, he served the students, staff, parents and community as the principal of Wausau East High School with a strong focus on facilitating lab based application learning experiences for students. In 2011, Dr. Peck was named Wisconsin High School Principal of the Year. He holds a Bachelor of Science in English and Communication Arts, Master of Science in Educational Administration, and Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Constance has spent the tenure of her career teaching in public schools with underserved populations in Virginia and Washington, D.C. For the past decade, her focus was in STEM education and developing and leading the VA STAR program in computer rebuilding and refurbishment for those in need in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Constance started her career on Capitol Hill assisting in the writing of legislation with the Higher Education Colloquium for Science Facilities focusing on funding and advancement for university science facilities. Constance holds a MEd from the University of Maryland University College and a BA in American Studies from Mary Baldwin College.

Monica has dedicated most of her career to support Catholic education in underserved areas in New York City. Monica was part of the team that brought Engineering Tomorrow to the Archdiocese of New York. She earned a BA from Hunter College and received an IUPLR/UIC Mellon Fellowship. Monica is the proud parent of an Engineering Tomorrow student!

Ann brings to Engineering Tomorrow, 35 years of middle school teaching experience in the subjects of math, science and geography. Her instructional approach focused on hands-on, inquiry-based learning, weaving the stories, experiences and the culture of her community into her curriculum. She has been a leader in various professional organizations within her profession, presenting at local, state and national conventions. Over the years, Ann’s teaching has been recognized with the UW-Madison Distinguished Alumni Award, the Kohl Foundation Fellowship Award, National Geographic’s Gil Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship Award and Wisconsin Middle School Social Studies Teacher of the Year in 2019. Ann received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and Master of Science Degrees from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. Ann has been a National Board Certified Teacher since 2002.

Prior to joining Engineering Tomorrow, Lisa had over 30 years of combined teaching experience in public education in Middle School, High School and Technical College level in the areas of Business and Technology Applications. In addition to teaching, Lisa was the Middle School Athletic Director for 10 years. Throughout her teaching career, her professional focus was working with business professionals in the community to provide application based learning experiences for students. She holds a Master of Educational Administration, Leadership and Curriculum from Marian University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Jenn has dedicated the majority of her career to teaching and serving students of all ages in the classroom. Her teaching career began in Ft. Hood, Texas as an elementary Language Arts/Social Studies teacher on the local Army base and then moved to one of the largest school districts in the state to teach students English as a second language. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston.

Prior to joining Engineering Tomorrow, Jillian served as a classroom teacher, academic mentor, team lead, reading resource specialist and administrative intern in her 14 years of experience in the education field. Her primary focus areas were curriculum development and encouraging literacy instruction across all content areas. Jillian holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Morgan State University and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Supervision from the University of Phoenix.

Madeline Prugh is a student at the University of Notre Dame, where she is studying Electrical Engineering. Throughout her first year of college, Madeline has enjoyed working with Enable ND to build prosthetic devices, finding community through the Society of Women Engineers, and exploring the possibilities of an engineering career. Madeline also serves as a College Mentor for Engineering Tomorrow, where she enjoys discussing virtual labs and engineering in college with high school students. She looks forward to continuing to work with the Engineering Tomorrow team to design labs that get students excited about engineering!

Zandy Wong is a junior at Johns Hopkins University studying public health. She has been an Engineering Tomorrow mentor since Spring 2020, and her favorite lab to teach is the Machine Learning Lab. She is excited to help the Engineering Tomorrow Team create accessible virtual labs for all students.

Anna Martelli is a rising junior at the University of Notre Dame. She is majoring in electrical engineering and has a minor in biomedical engineering. She has been tutoring for years and is currently developing a core class for future electrical engineers at Notre Dame. Anna is especially interested in biomedical devices and applying electrical engineering concepts to interdisciplinary problem-solving.

Jackie Lasseter is a rising junior at Cornell University studying Operations Research and Information Engineering with a minor in business. She is also a member of the Varsity Soccer team at Cornell. Jackie is excited to join the team and hopes she can help more students become passionate about engineering!

Katie is a rising sophomore at the University of Notre Dame studying Aerospace Engineering. During the school year, she works at the Engineering Innovation Hub where she instructs students in safe usage of manufacturing technology. She also enjoys improving and applying her skills on the Rocketry Team and Design, Build, Fly Team. She looks forward to developing interesting and interactive labs with Engineering Tomorrow this summer!

Lauren Sawyer is studying at Penn State University, majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Marine Sciences. She is in the class of 2022 and has been with Engineering Tomorrow since the winter of 2020. Her favorite part of working with Engineering Tomorrow has been both the experiences of talking to professional engineers, as well as getting to design fun and interactive labs that the students will enjoy.

Bella Matuch is a rising Junior at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Computer Science. In her free time, Bella dances for Notre Dame's Dance Company and solves programming challenges for fun. She is super excited to work for Engineering Tomorrow this summer and develop labs for students across the country!

Bryce Krampert is a rising sophomore at the University of Mississippi studying general engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing. Bryce is part of the Center for Manufacturing Excellence and loves working alongside business and accounting majors to truly understand what goes on behind the scenes of any engineering company. Bryce is also involved in many organizations on campus such as greek life, club tennis, and the Society for Women Engineers. Bryce works as a College Mentor for Engineering Tomorrow and loves sharing her experience with high school students. She is looking forward to developing exciting new labs this summer with Engineering Tomorrow!

Emily is originally from Los Angeles, California and is a rising senior at Columbia University studying mechanical engineering with a minor in earth and environmental engineering. On campus, she is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers, and she gives tours through the admissions office. She has been a college mentor with Engineering Tomorrow since winter of 2021, and one of her favorite labs is Electric Vehicles. She enjoys engaging with high school students to teach them more about engineering and providing them with college insight.
